★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio siempre tengo que andar preguntando a los operadores por donde andan para alcanzarlos y poder recoger mi paquete, pagas a domicilio pero rara ves te lo llevan muy mal las rutas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion a cuanto las llamadas telefonicas.... mejor no pongan telefono para atencion de sus cliente... a lo largo del dia realice 15 llamadas desde la mañana hasta en la tarde y no se tomaron la molestia de contestar ninguna...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio,te cobran exagerado el almacenamiento el cual No te dicen que se efectuara después de 3 días que llego la paqueteria,estoy de acuerdo siempre y cuando te informen de este cobro,que aparte es excesivo y para colmo No te dan recibo de pago de este cobro de almacenaje,eso da pie a pensar que es dinero que se quedan los empleados ya que no esta registrado mediante una factura o nota.
Y no solo eso también te cobran el 3% comisión por cobro con tarjeta,siendo que la condusef dice que no se puede realizar dicho %de cobro.
En resumido,Mal muy Mal la empresa Castores!!
Bad service, they exaggerate the storage which they do not tell you that it will be carried out after 3 days that the package arrived, I agree as long as they inform you of this charge, which is also excessive and to top it off they do not give you a payment receipt of this storage charge, that gives rise to think that it is money that the employees keep since it is not registered by means of an invoice or note.
And not only that, they also charge you a 3% commission for card collection, since the condusef says that said % of collection cannot be made.
In short, the company Beavers is bad, very bad!!
