He estado llamando y el sr RAFAEL POMPA no le da seguimiento a mi envío y su solución fue decirme de forma grosera, pedante y displicente "PUES SÍ QUIERE LO CANCELO" ¿Que clase de respuesta es esa?
On 03/30/22 I requested and paid for the collection of a product and they sent me a message that my collection had been scheduled for the following day and today 04/04/22 I am still waiting for it to be done. I have been calling and Mr. RAFAEL POMPA does not follow up on my shipment and his solution was to tell me in a rude, pedantic and dismissive way "YES, I WILL CANCEL IT" What kind of answer is that?
