Again with this parcel service I hope that the service is just as efficient where they attended me wherever I arrive here a good service I recommend it in Chihuahua if there is good service by the staff I hope that in Veracruz the service is as good

It is THE WORST of all transportation services, they only attend quickly to large clients, those are the urgent ones, they leave small clients last, they walk your loads for days until they swell up, take them away They are garbage service, they are better than any other such as fedex

It is the worst freight company that exists, they charge you triple, their phones are useless, you write their watsapp number and they answer you as if your worst enemy were doing you a favor, shipments are super slow and the products arrive all beaten, in conclusion no send nothing for this package; They charge you a lot for insurance and when you claim they never show their faces. (the shipment took a week to arrive when in others it only takes 1 day, my merchandise arrived damaged and spilled), they tell you to follow a procedure to claim that is worse than a bureaucratic process, they almost ask you for the death certificate to proceed and they give you only 24 hours to send everything or according to them it is as if you gave up the claim) in short it is THE WORST FREIGHT AND PACKAGE SERVICE IN MEXICO. I recommend: Transportes Villarreal, prices of half or less against Castores and everything arrives impeccable and on time.

The cashier with red-painted hair was angry with the boyfriend and paid more attention to him on the phone than to me. I was late until the fight was over, in the end I paid for the broken dishes, he treated me very badly! Terrible service. They are pigs to work with, the things that I sent arrive broken, they never answer the phone, there is no way to have real information on the status of your shipment and you have to wait an excessive time for your package to arrive. The problem is especially in Monterrey because in other cities the merchandise arrives in a timely manner.
