★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede mejorar. El servicio al cliente es amable, y suelen mantener la comunicación con el cliente. Sin embargo, el acceso al local es un poco difícil, aparte de no contar con estacionamiento al estar frente a una carretera federal. Por otro lado, presentaban fallas en su servicio de Internet, lo que retrasó bastante el envío, el calculo del envío, y la liga de rastrero. Por lo demás, todo bien.

However, access to the premises is a bit difficult, apart from not having parking as it is in front of a federal highway. On the other hand, they had failures in their Internet service, which considerably delayed the shipment, the calculation of the shipment, and the tracking link. Otherwise, all good.
