★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre están "ocupados" en otra oficina con aire acondicionado, te dejan de pie esperando hasta que se acuerdan que tienen clientes que atender, el envío el un poco lento, para enviar tienes que llevar mucha calma para ser atendido aunque no haya clientes delante de tí, nunca tienen sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay una página donde pueda uno verificar si ya llego paquete, el teléfono no contestan, está muy lejos la sucursal para llegar y después de una hora te atiendan y digan… aún no llega. Mejoren su servicio!!
There is no page where you can check if a package has already arrived, the phone does not answer, the branch is too far to arrive and after an hour they will attend you and say ... it still hasn't arrived. Improve your service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen movilidad propia y los paquetes llegan muy retrasados. Me han traido paquetes hasta con 3 semanas de retraso. No tienen numero de telefono donde te orienten, llamas al telefono que aparece como un call center y despues de intentar 6 o mas veces toman la llamada, aparte te mienten descaradamente diciendo que tu paquete llega el mismo dia que hablas y no es cierto. MUY MAL Y NO LA RECOMIENDO, HE PERDIDO CLIENTES A CAUSA DE ESTA PAQUETERIA.
They do not have their own mobility and the packages arrive very late. They have brought me packages up to 3 weeks late. They do not have a phone number where they guide you, you call the phone that appears as a call center and after trying 6 or more times they take the call, apart from that they blatantly lie to you saying that your package arrives the same day you speak and it is not true. VERY BAD AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I HAVE LOST CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS PACKAGE.
