Cuando la fueron a recoger tuvieron que esperar 5 horas porque según andaban repartiendo. Y por si fuera poco le sacaron las cosas llegó incompetenta le sacaron pares nuevos de zapatos y una computadora..... m	miriam perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado da un pésimo servicio, no asesora a los clientes es totalmente apático, tengo recolecciones con todas las paqueterías y estafeta es la única que no las cumple por lo que me he visto obligada a ir a la concesionaria pero si pueden ahórrense la pena, tienes que escribir a mano las guias que dejas, es arcaico y poco funcional para que poner una concesionaria si no funciona al 100 y la dejas manos de alguien tan incompetente? no hay otra persona ahi que te respalde o te de soluciones lo siento por la empresa de paquetería por que la representa muy mal. Muy extrano ¿No? Y también a la hora de recoger los paquetes solo en ciertas horas PORFAVOR CAMBIEN sus reglas. Todavía que somos pocos los que adquirimos la paquetería se ponen en su plan. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
