★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde las 4am se mandó un paquete de Durango a Monterrey y a las 17:00 horas aún no se podía entregar el paquete porque aún no llegaba al destino final, mucho más caro que otras paqueterías y súper lento, sin ganas de trabajar nadie ahí
 Terrible service, from 4am a package was sent from Durango to Monterrey and at 5:00 pm the package still could not be delivered because it had not yet reached its final destination, much more expensive than other parcels and super slow, no one wanted to work there

Fui recoger unos carretes de solera y no te ayudan a cargar.
Cada carrete pesa aproximadamente 135 kilos.
En otras paqueterias te cargan todo a tu unidad.
Terrible service.
I went to pick up some solera reels and they don't help you load.
Each reel weighs approximately 135 kilos.
In other packages they charge everything to your unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pudieron entregar mi pedido a domicilio porque "el tiempo de entrega no les alcanzó a los repartidores" pague envío a domicilio desde un lunes y esperaba recibirlo para el viernes o sábado máximo pero tuve que ir el sábado porque no hacen entregas a domicilio ese día.
También la atención a clientes por parte del personal es pésima, en lugar de hacer las cosas rápido y bien se distraen chismeando entre ellos y se tardan mucho en dar alguna respuesta.
They could not deliver my order at home because "delivery time did not reach the delivery men" I paid for home delivery from Monday and I expected to receive it by Friday or Saturday maximum but I had to go on Saturday because they do not deliver home that day .
Also the attention to customers by the staff is terrible, instead of doing things quickly and well they are distracted gossiping among themselves and they take a long time to give an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima coordinación, mi paquete ya tenía al menos 4 días de haber llegado y aunque pagué el envío a domicilio ellos no tenían programado el traerlo a mi casa y cuando fui a preguntar toda vía se molestaron porque no me lo pude traer en ese momento(no podía debido a que no llevaba carro) y toda vía me dicen que "no me lo quiero llevar"....deberían de mejorar tanto en su coordinación como en su atención al cliente
Terrible coordination, my package had already arrived at least 4 days and although I paid for the delivery to my home they had not scheduled to bring it to my house and when I went to ask they still got upset because I could not bring it at that time (no I couldn't because I didn't have a car) and they still tell me "I don't want to take it"...they should improve both in their coordination and in their customer service

El día lunes me mandaron un paquete desde la CDMX con promesa de llegada del día martes. Efectivamente llegó el martes, pero a la bodega. Desde ese día no se movió el paquete de ahí. Posteriormente el jueves me comuniqué a atención a clientes lo que me dijeron es que llegaría a más tardar hoy, que una disculpa por el retraso. El problema es que hoy llegó, pero abierto . Le indiqué eso al repartidor y me dijo "que no sabía que así la traían" Al momento de abrir me faltaban pertenencias de artículos coleccionables. Estoy muy molesto. Aparte de haber pagado $690 pesos del envío, llega tarde y sin mis piezas
THEY ROBBED ME, THEY OPENED MY PACKAGE!
On Monday they sent me a package from CDMX with a promise of arrival on Tuesday. Indeed it arrived on Tuesday, but to the warehouse. Since that day the package has not been moved from there. Later on Thursday I contacted customer service, what they told me is that it would arrive no later than today, that an apology for the delay. The problem is that it arrived today, but open. I pointed that out to the delivery man and he told me "he didn't know they brought it that way" At the time of opening I was missing belongings of collectible items. I am very upset.
