★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca en la vida pidan el servicio a domicilio, más si tienen urgencia, mi paquete llegó un jueves es lunes y no lo han llevado, estuve llamando muchas veces y nadie supo darme orientación sobre mi paquete, tuve que ir personamente! En general muy mal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es regular en las entregas, los muchachos son muy atentos y te dicen la verdad sobre los envíos envíe un paquete a uruapan a ocurre y me comentaron que les dicen que el servicio es de un dia a otro pero para mas seguridad tardan un dia mas y dicho y hecho mi paquete llego 3 dias despues, otra recomendación llegue a la 1:15 y un muchacho estaba comiendo y llegue a interrumpirlo es muy molesto eso ya que debe dejar sus alimentos y si le llega más gente se enfriará, creo que deberían ser conscientes con el muchacho y darle una hora de comida o por poco media hora no les cuesta nada, me atendio super bien a pesar de sentirme incomoda por haberlo interrumpido en su comida.
