Pésimo servicio, se comprometen a algo y no lo cumplen, no tienen atención a cliente pero sobre todo no ENTREGAN los paquetes. Mandé un sobre el lunes 4 de Diciembre desde Guanajuato a la ciudad de México y me dijeron que tardaría 3 días, lo cual me pareció mucho por estar tan cerca, pero pues ni hablar, acepté. Mas de una semana después, hoy Diciembre 12 el paquete NO ha llegado y aparece como hace 4 días que esta "En reparto". No contestan los teléfonos y cuando lo hacen solo dicen que ese día lo entregarán. Yo necesitaba esos documentos con urgencia y no han llegado. NO contraten a esta supuesta empresa, los defraudará! It is the worst "messaging" company I have ever known. Terrible service, they commit to something and do not comply, they do not have customer service but above all they do not DELIVER the packages. I sent an envelope on Monday, December 4 from Guanajuato to Mexico City and they told me it would take 3 days, which seemed like a lot to be so close, but well, not to mention, I accepted. More than a week later, today December 12 the package has NOT arrived and appears as it was 4 days ago that it was "In distribution". They do not answer the phones and when they do they only say that they will deliver it that day. I needed those documents urgently and they have not arrived. DO NOT hire this supposed company, it will disappoint you!
