★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super amables, la señorita que me atendió nos marcó para avisarnos que el paquete ya había llegado. Es un poco difícil para encontrar estacionamiento y difícil para cargar una caja pesada. Para paquete pequeños está super bien.
 Super friendly, the lady who attended me dialed us to let us know that the package had already arrived. It is a bit difficult to find parking and difficult to carry a heavy box. For small packages it is super good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que tienen envios inteenacionales por DHL y UPS, en la pagina web de ambas compañías aparece la oficina de Valle de Bravo y me mandaron una cotización, sin embargo en la oficina dicen que no tienen esa cobertura a Europa, mal captura de datos.
It is assumed that they have international shipments by DHL and UPS, the Valle de Bravo office appears on the website of both companies and they sent me a quote, however at the office they say they do not have that coverage to Europe, poor data capture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, entregan tus paquetes de estafeta por “equivocación” y luego no se hacen responsables. Por eso ya no les llegan paquetes de estafeta ahí.
Edit: mi publicación la hice reciente, sin embargo ‘el mal entendido’ sucedió cuando aún les llegaban paquetes de estafeta. Está claro que me refiero a paquetería “MERVEL” y no la oficina de ESTAFETA.
Ojalá que los dueños de MERVEL ya hayan cambiado a su personal incompetente, grosero y chismoso que tenían, ya que es cierto que le preguntaban a la gente sobre el contenido de los paquetes que enviaban o recibían. Porque hacían eso, está raro no?

Bad service, they deliver your courier packages by "mistake" and then they are not responsible. That is why courier packages no longer arrive there.
Edit: I made my post recently, however ‘the misunderstanding’ happened when they were still receiving courier packages. It is clear that I am referring to the “MERVEL” parcel and not the ESTAFETA office.
Hopefully the owners of MERVEL have already changed their incompetent, rude and gossipy staff, as it is true that they asked people about the content of the packages they sent or received. Because they did that, it's weird isn't it?
