Terrible service, they do not answer phones or calls, supposedly yesterday they came and even checked security cameras and not even their lights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden lento pero al menos el portero es muy amable, lo malo es el servicio de entregas, ya que de nada sirve si tenemos que ir a recogerlo aún más lejos que si lo hubiera comprado en tienda,no valió nada pagar un envío. Pésimo para entregas a domicilio
They attend slowly but at least the doorman is very friendly, the bad thing is the delivery service, since it is useless if we have to go to pick it up even further than if it had been bought in a store, it was worth nothing to pay a shipment. Terrible for home delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería ni se metan, antes de comprar en un sitio web pregunten que paquetería utilizan y si es REDPACK saquenle la vuelta de verdad y mejor acudan directamente al establecimiento a comprar el artículo. (Sitio utilizado Altera Fit / Ordena.com).
Terrible packaging, don't even get involved, before buying on a website ask what packaging they use and if it is REDPACK, really turn it around and better go directly to the establishment to buy the item. (Site used Altera Fit / Ordena.com).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worse shipping company, they started fine but recently they never deliver on time, you can wait more than a week once the package arrived in the storage center, commonly i have to go to their storage center to claim my packages.
