★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy deficiente su transporte ,les hace falta personal para agilizar la documentación ,los pocos que ponen a hacerlo ,lo hacen muy lento ,se junta mucha gente y es mucho el tiempo que esperas para en barcar aún que sea solo una caja,. Mucho desmadre...??
 Their transportation is very deficient, they lack staff to expedite the documentation, the few who do it, do it very slowly, a lot of people gather and there is a lot of time you wait to get on the boat even if it is only a box. Much riot ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal Vallejo pésimo no te atienden tanto como el que pesa y los que reciben te contestan de mala gana y si no les das para el refresco no te hacen caso y en hacer la guía nada más 2 personas y parece que estamos en el IMSS te contestan de malas y se tardan en atenderte.
Terrible Vallejo branch does not attend you as much as the one that weighs and those who receive answer you reluctantly and if you do not give them for the refreshment they do not pay attention to you and in making the guide only 2 people and it seems that we are in the IMSS they answer you bad and they take time to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es realmente pésimo, la antencion incluso del área de Atención a Clientes es agresiva, impositiva, cero intención de servicio.
El personal en general ya tiene esa actitud, deberían ser auditoría por el ares de calidad si es que la tienen claro esta.
El costo es muy económico y quizá es por ello que la gente acude a sus servicios, aunque está fue la primera vez que solicitó un servicio de ellos consideró que será la última. Uno como persona merece un trato mínimo humano.
The service is really lousy, the attention even of the Customer Service area is aggressive, taxing, zero service intention.
The staff in general already has that attitude, they should be audited for quality if they are clear about it.
The cost is very cheap and perhaps that is why people go to their services, although this was the first time they requested a service from them, they considered it to be the last. One as a person deserves minimal human treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy deficiente, filas exageradamente grandes, te atienden hasta despues de una hora formado, si puedes ir a otra fletera que NO SEA TRESGUERRAS te lo recomiendo, sino ven a formarte a perder tu tiempo!!!
Very poor service, exaggeratedly large lines, they serve you until after an hour formed, if you can go to another freight that IS NOT TRESGUERRAS I recommend it, but come and train to waste your time !!!
