Me cobraron almacenaje por que fui por la carga unos días después de que llegó. Y si, me avisó una mujer que había llegado mi carga unos días a la cual le pedí 4 veces que me repitiera por qué hablaba como tarabilla, y Nunca m dijo que me cobrarían después de 3 días por mi carga. Se lo dije a la cajera y me dijo si quiere le doy un número telefónico, hablé pero no le van a resolver nada, nunca lo hacen. Hágale como quiera, si pretende llevarse la carga tendrá que pagarnos. Me sentí robado.....
I didn't like the way the cashier treated me.
They charged me for storage because I went for the cargo a few days after it arrived. And yes, a woman told me that my cargo had arrived a few days to which I asked her 4 times to repeat why she spoke like a tarab, and she never told me that they would charge me after 3 days for my cargo. I told the cashier and she told me if she wants, I can give her a phone number, I spoke but they won't solve anything for her, they never do. Do as you like, if you intend to take the load you will have to pay us. I felt robbed .....

Terrible service just to ask for reports, foul-mouthed staff with children present, lack of training and unifying criteria, over the phone they say one thing and being at the branch is another, they are not doing us a favor ...
