★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena empresa solo hay que realizar una llamada antes de ir ya que luego no tienen internet y su sistema no funciona para hacer envíos hasta que se restablezca abajo en la foto dejo el número con la extensión para que realices tu llamada y no vallan y no tengan éxito
Good company you just have to make a call before going since then they do not have internet and their system does not work to make shipments until it is restored below in the photo I leave the number with the extension so you can make your call and do not go and do not have success

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with them. Many people write of terrible service, but I found them to be pleasant and quick. I will say this, make sure when you go to pick up an item, that you have all of the reference numbers for your package. I took a photo of my computer screen with the notice that the package had arrived.
When I showed up to pick it up, my name was not as it is on my ID and they wouldn't give it to me. I had a copy of my passport and drivers license and I could see the package 10 feet away from me. After some pleasant back and forth, I showed them the photo of the reference number and they gave me the box. Not sure what that was all about but, everyone was nice. They do not answer the phone though, so know that going in. Buena Suerte!
