★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso de registro es muy lento, para mi gusto excesivo, estuve en la fila, con 5 personas delante de mi, 40 minutos. Sin embargo el personal es muy amable y servicial, compensa, en cierta medida, lo lento de la tramitación.
The registration process is very slow, for my excessive taste, I was in line, with 5 people in front of me, 40 minutes. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it compensates, to some extent, for the slow processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, el único problema es que tienes que darles un código del SAT de la mercancía que estás enviando, tienes que escanear el código QR para después descargar una hoja de excel con infinidad de códigos y buscar el que corresponde a tu artículo, si no traes celular con datos ya te amolaste. Deberían de ellos tener ya la lista en su computadora y agilizar el trámite...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal que tienen en aguascalientes por primer anillo en la cd de Aguascalientes, su persona que tienen para recibir los paquetes, de lo más despeta que ahí, si pareciera que te está haciendo un favor al enviarte los paquetes, simplemente si no le gusta su trabajo, pues ahí mucha gente que si le gustaría estar aen su lugar, déspota a más no poder
