★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy económico, recibí un paquete de Leon Guanajuato, y llegó en 2 días. La atención es regular, pero suficiente. Tiene estacionamiento pero aún así se caminan varios metros. Si la carga es pesada lleva a alguien más porque si tendrás que caminar un poco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unos auténticos ladrones, si te envían artículos de otra parte por medio de esta fletera aumentaran el peso o el volumen de tus artículos, a mi me cobraron el doble del peso de mis artículos y como era para pagar contra entrega no me di cuenta hasta que lo recibí en mi domicilio, no quisieron volver a pesar por más que me queje, al final ya ni te responden, cuidado son unos ladrones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan una eternidad para atender!!! Pagar por transferencia para el cliente es práctico, pero para cuando vas a recolectar los productos es fatal !!! Se tardan una eternidad para atender, y no se diga si se trata de que la contadora no está porque se fue a comer y regresa 1 o 2 horas después y tienes que esperar hasta que regrese para que revise y valide el pago por transferencia...pésimo servicio en específicamente en esta área!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me he quejado de su servicio, pero creo que deberian de buscar la manera de agilizar el proceso de llenado de sus formatos, ya que con las nuevas disposiciones fiscales es mucho tiempo el que se pierde casi dos horas para enviar 6 cajas, alguna forma deben de encontrar para hacerlo, no quiero pensar cuando llegue una persona de la tercera edad a enviar algun paquete, en cuanto al servicio todo bien siempre uso tres guerras.
I have never complained about their service, but I think they should find a way to speed up the process of filling out their forms, since with the new tax provisions it is a lot of time that almost two hours are lost to send 6 boxes, somehow they must find to do it, I don't want to think about when an elderly person arrives to send a package, as for the service, everything is fine, I always use three wars.
