Terrible service!! They charge an unfair price, customers always ask when their package arrives to weigh it, they add more weight and the shipping is more expensive! Nothing recommended. Also they are not careful with the packages, several of my things arrived broken

Terrible service, they give a delivery date and they take up to another week to deliver, nobody solves you, they do not answer at the offices, apart from being the most expensive parcel service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre se les va el sistema, largas filas y el personal de sobra está sentado, tuve q irá otra sucursal para mí mismo perder tiempo, el personal hace otras cosas menos atenderte. Lo único bueno q tienen es.....???. Pues no. No tienen nada para apreciar. No les puedo dar menos 5 estrellas, así q en contra de mi voluntad les tengo q dar una estrella
The system always fails, long lines and plenty of staff are sitting down, I had to go to another branch to lose time myself, the staff does other things except serve you. The only good thing they have is... Well no. They have nothing to appreciate. I can't give them less than 5 stars, so against my will I have to give them one star.
