Fui de una Ciudad a otra por mi Paquete, les avisé y cuando llegué no tenian mi paquete...me propusieron darle alcance a su camión donde andaba...lo alcancé y no pudo entregarme por obstrucción de otros paquetes...perdí un dia, dinero y mal servicio

Desde inicios del año 2021, la calidad del servicio y entrega está yendo a la baja. Entregan la paquetería abierta y/o el empaque roto o deteriorado. Con retrasos de 1 o 2 días, en la fecha de entrega por desvios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal muy mal servicio se me a perdido una caja y nadie me ha sabido dar información lla los espere más de 3 semanas y nada de repuesta de las 2 cajas que se enviaron solo entregaron 1 y la otra aun sigue perdida. Según el repartidor solo era 1 cuando en la hoja claro dice 2 cajas.
Bad, very bad service, I have lost a box and nobody has been able to give me information, I waited more than 3 weeks and no response to the 2 boxes that were sent, only 1 was delivered and the other is still lost. According to the dealer it was only 1 when on the clear sheet it says 2 boxes.
