★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malísimo. Me comentaron que mi envió tardaría 48 horas en llegar. Lleva ocho días en camino de San Luis a Ciudad Valles y ningún encargado nos sabe decir donde está nuestro envió. Los teléfonos nadie contesta. No envíen nada por vencedor.
Terrible service. They told me that my shipment would take 48 hours to arrive. It has been eight days on the way from San Luis to Ciudad Valles and no one in charge can tell us where our shipment is. No one answers the phones. Do not send anything as winner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, impuntuales, personal flojo y te atiende de mala gana.
Solo atienden bien a los clientes que les llevan refresco y les dan propina. No atienden de forma que uno va llegando.
Según puede uno recoger a las 12pm y va uno a las 4 pm y aun no abren lo que recibieron.
Terrible service, unpunctual, lazy staff and they serve you reluctantly.
They only serve customers well who bring them soft drinks and tip them. They do not attend so that one is arriving.
As you can pick up at 12pm and one goes at 4pm and they still haven't opened what they received.

Entregan rápido y te dan apollo si vas por tu paquetería (excelente servicio)
Good service only has something bad that the other parcels from where the merchandise arrives are the ones that look bad and everything bad ends up being carried by the valleys parcel
