★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, bien groseras las señoras que te atienden. No entregaron a domicilio, sabiendo mi número de teléfono. Llamaron a que vengo a su oficina y no esta mi paquete, dejaron esperar afuera como una hora.... nunca, nunca más usaré a este servicio

Obviamente se que es mi responsabilidad recibirlo y llevármelo, sin embargo, tenía ahi varios diablitos que no pudo siquiera decirme que podia usarlo, yo lo pedi y de manera despectiva me dijo "tomelo". Le agradecí al final de todo y le desee bonito dia y nisiquiera contesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que me molesta es su ridículo papel en la entrada..."esperé a que se le llamé" los empleados si entras sin ser llamado se ponen como changos rabiosos y de forma injusta alargan el tiempo de espera... las personas que llevamos cajas a las paqueterías andamos con el tiempo limitado y con la presión del tránsito vehicular, deberían de ser más comprensivos. Ojalá todas las paqueterías tuvieran la atención y las instalaciones de Paquete Exprés
