★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al hacer envio de articulos varios por cuestión de cambio de domicilio dañaron mi televisión, llevo aproximadamente 3 meses contactando a la empresa a traves de su personal encargado Reyna Flores e Hilda Jiménez y ninguna de ellas contesta los correos que le han sido enviados para el seguimiento, asi como los whatsapp a Reyna Flores. Al parecer no hay ninguna certeza de que la empresa PCP se haga responsable por los daños que ellos mismos puedan ocasionar.
When sending various articles due to the change of address damaged my television, it took approximately 3 months to contact the company through its staff Reyna Flores and Hilda Jiménez, and none of them answered the emails that have been sent to follow up , as well as whatsapp to Reyna Flores. Apparently there is no certainty that the company PCP is responsible for the damages they themselves can cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera vez que trabajo con ellos y llegan las piezas rotas , intenta uno hablar y no contestan , mi cliente hablo a la oficina de Navojoa y le dijeron que era cuestión del proveedor , si la mercancía viaja por riesgo del cliente como dijeron en Navojoa deberían ser más profesionales y darle alternativas a los clientes , que fácil , hago las cosas al chingadazo y me lavo las manos y digo ese es problema del proveedor .

Deberían de tener una mejor atención al cliente.
