★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención por parte de los encargados. No puedo decir lo mismo del personal de carga y traslados de los paquetes, he mandado artesanías y en tres ocasiones me han llegado rotos. Y resulta que por parte del seguro no se quieren hacer responsables de nada. Si no se van hacer responsables no deben de aceptar enviar este tipo de mercancías.
 Very good attention from the managers. I cannot say the same about the personnel for loading and transferring the packages, I have sent crafts and on three occasions they have arrived broken. And it turns out that the insurance does not want to be responsible for anything. If they are not responsible, they should not accept to send this type of merchandise.
