★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mi paquete tiene 11 días de retraso, el paquete venia de Tijuana a Culiacán y tiene 1 semana en Mazatlán, sus empleados en sucursal de Culiacán tiene pésima atención al cliente, te dejan en espera hasta que se cuelga la llama o bien te cuelgan y cuanto llegan a atenderte te dicen mañana llega y nunca llega
Terrible service my package is 11 days late, the package came from Tijuana to Culiacán and has 1 week in Mazatlán, their employees in the Culiacán branch have terrible customer service, they leave you waiting until the call is hung or they hang up on you and when they come to assist you, they tell you tomorrow comes and never comes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la encargada en Culiacán es bien inepta y lenta no sabe nada, no entregan rápido porque no saben ni donde están las cosas, no recomiendo esta paqueteria. El paquete llego rápido pero la entrega es pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, the manager in Culiacán is very inept and slow, she doesn't know anything, they don't deliver quickly because they don't even know where things are, I don't recommend this package. The package arrived quickly but the delivery is terrible service.
