THE WORST PACKAGE WE HAVE TREATED WITH, AWFUL TELEPHONE ATTENTION, THEY ONLY PASS THE CALL FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER, 7 CALLS OF UP TO 40 MIN EACH ON WAIT AND AT THE END THEY HANG UP
