★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ofrecen destinos de entrega que no cubren, a mí me enviaron mi mercancía a la CDMX y posteriormente a Toluca, y de plano me dijeron que no tenían el destino de mi ciudad que fuera por mi mercancía. Así mismo ofrecen el servicio de envío por tarima, el cual yo contraté y al llegar a Toluca a su bodega no tienen ni el equipo para manipular una tarima, tuvimos que romper el embalaje para cargar la mercancía, es la peor empresa de envío que he utilizado, y manejo varias.
Terrible service, they offer delivery destinations that they do not cover, they sent me my merchandise to CDMX and later to Toluca, and they told me outright that they did not have the destination of my city that was for my merchandise. They also offer the shipping service by pallet, which I hired and upon arriving in Toluca at their warehouse they do not even have the equipment to handle a pallet, we had to break the packaging to load the merchandise, it is the worst shipping company I have ever used, and I manage several.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a domicilio es un asco. Tuve que pedirlo en modo "ocurre" y la sucursal está en un lugar muy peligroso, todo lleno de cajas. El pobre chavito que atiende enterrado en paquetes y no puede dar un buen servicio. Además no aceptan tarjeta... hasta las tienditas aceptan tarjeta.... UN ASCO!
Delivery service sucks. I had to order it in "happens" mode and the branch is in a very dangerous place, all full of boxes. The poor guy who attends buried in packages and cannot give a good service. They also do not accept cards ... even the little shops accept cards ... A SUCK!

horrible service, I have been waiting for my home delivery for 1 month and I have to go pick it up at your branch so I can receive it. so many phone numbers they have and none of them answer.
