THEY WERE DELAYED ONE DAY IN THE COLLECTION OF A PACKAGE AND THEY LYED TO US SAYING THAT THEY HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED WHEN ON THE SAME DAY THEY CALLED TO ASK AND THEY AGAIN STATED THAT THEY WERE ALREADY ON THE ROUTE TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE.
