★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y atencion al cliente, los telefonos nunca los contestan; cobran lo que ellos quieren no tienen una lista de precios, asi trabajes recurrentemente con ellos y mandes el mismo paquete, te lo cobran diferente asi sea igual. de todas las paqueterias con las que trabajamos que son bastantes, es el peor servicio y las tarifas mas cabiantes de todas, no puedes considerar un precio de envio para el cliente porque llega y te cobran otro. el reparto deficiente, tardado y engorroso, si vas y buscas la camioneta de reparto en la calle no te entregan hasta que llegan aunque este a tu nombre!!! pesimo servicio la verdad
Terrible service and customer service, the phones never answer them; They charge what they want, they don't have a price list, so you work with them repeatedly and send the same package, they charge you differently, even if it's the same. Of all the packages we work with, there are quite a few, it is the worst service and the highest rates of all, you cannot consider a shipping price for the client because it arrives and they charge you another. the poor, delayed and cumbersome delivery, if you go and look for the delivery truck on the street, they will not deliver you until they arrive even if it is in your name !!! terrible service the truth
