Recibir paquetes en casa: No son muy confiables, me han llegado paquetes abiertos y los que entregan tratan de ocultarlo. A veces no llaman al cliente al llegar, sólo se van.
Enviar paquetes: Falta mejor atención y conocimiento en el personal. Atención lenta. A veces llevas el paquete cerrado y te piden ver el contenido. Otras veces no te piden ver nada y hay que sellar uno mismo los paquetes ( no olviden su cinta y demás materiales de empaque, ya que ellos no lo hacen como en otras compañías). El remitente lo ponen mal y dicen que no es importante que se vaya como les indicaste.
Receive packages at the branch: ok
Receive packages at home: They are not very reliable, I have received open packages and those who deliver try to hide it. Sometimes they don't call the customer when they arrive, they just leave.
Send packages: Lack of better attention and knowledge in the staff. Slow attention. Sometimes you take the package closed and they ask you to see the content. Other times they do not ask you to see anything and you have to seal the packages yourself (do not forget your tape and other packaging materials, since they do not do it as in other companies). The sender put it wrong and say that it is not important that they leave as you indicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo. Las tipas de recepción super malencaradas, sin servicio ni interés hacia el cliente. Ni las buenas tardes dan. No te reciben el paquete si no viene emplayado y no te dan ni la opción de emplayarlo ahí aunque sea con costo extra.
