Mandan tus paquetes con personas agenas a la empresa , y aveces no dan con tu direccion , asi que no te llaman y solo lo regresan. sin contar que un paquete que en cualquier otra paqueteria tardaria 1 dia en llegar ( tramo monterrey- piedras negras) se tardaron 12 dias , y contando , por que aun no llega.
 Pesimo !!! less if you have business. They send your packages with people to the company, and sometimes they do not find your address, so they do not call you and only return it. not counting that a package that in any other parcel would take 1 day to arrive (monterrey-black stones section) took 12 days, and counting, why it has not arrived yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo,pésimo servicio más de 10 días para poder entregar un paquete,,no lo recomiendo en absoluto.desde el día 21 de abril salió de león a Monclova y todavía hoy 2 de mayo no puede llegar,duro 3 días en mty.para poder llegar acá,,,espero que hoy me llegue,les estoy marcando y no me contestan,,,ponen de excusa la contingencia y que por eso no llega,,,cndo es una gran mentira,,eh visto enfrente de mi casa DHL,Fedex, estafeta,de diario entregan paqueteria en esa casa.porque uds no hacen lo mismo...cual pretexto tienen para no hacerlo.si les urge que llegue su paquete mejor les recomiendo busquen otras paqueterias,lo barato sale caro
