M	Manuel Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Google dicen que abren domingos y cierran a las 7 pm, no responden el teléfono y cuando uno llega, está cerrado, aun y cuando dice que está actualizada la información. A	Alejandro Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... me mandaron un paquete por este servicio y el remitente al informarme que según la paquetería ya había entregado el mismo nos percatamos que el repartidor lo entregó en otra Colonia, en otro domicilio, con otras características del domicilio, sin percatarse quien recibe y sin cerciorarse vía telefónica (mi número). El número telefónico de la paqueria dice que no existe así que tuve que apersonarse directamente en el domicilio erróneo a reclamar mi paquete (además de la mala fe de quien lo recibio). Los repartidores deberían tener todos los cuidados para cerciorarse pues por eso se incluyen los datos del destinatario. Terrible service ... they sent me a package for this service and the sender informing me that according to the parcel he had already delivered the same, we realized that the deliveryman delivered it in another neighborhood, in another address, with other characteristics of the address, without noticing who receive and without making sure by phone (my number). The phone number of the parcel says that it does not exist so I had to go directly to the wrong address to claim my package (in addition to the bad faith of the person who received it). The delivery people should take all the care to make sure that is why the recipient's information is included.

They do not deliver in expected time. My package is sitting at the office 5 minutes away from home and I'm still waiting. I wish I could give no stars. Ojalá pudiera dar cero estrellas. (4 de junio 2020) Pues bien, con el número de seguimiento me di cuenta que mi paquete estaba en la sucursal, fui a solicitarlo y simplemente no me lo dieron. Hoy es sábado, me dicen que me lo entregarán por el martes pero tampoco me garantizan la entrega ese día. Está paquetería resulta incluso peor que estafeta. En lo posible no utilicen esta paquetería. (June 4, 2020) Well, with the tracking number I realized that my package was at the branch, I went to request it and they just did not give it to me. Today is Saturday, they tell me they will deliver it to me by Tuesday but they also do not guarantee delivery on that day. This parcel is even worse than a post office. If possible, do not use this package.

Lo peor de lo peor, no la recomiendo, fatal.
