El día marcado 20 no me llegó nada(Entrega a domicilio) pero los de la paquetería se comunicaron conmigo y me explicaron el por qué y qué el día siguiente estaría mi paquete y en efecto el 21(hoy) me llegó se comunicaron cuando venían en camino.
El que entrega los paquetes con un trato bueno: amable y respetuoso
Lo recomiendo mucho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo 2 días esperando en mi domicilio la recolección de un paquete el cual se pago desde la aplicación y jamás llegaron a recogerlo. pésimo servicio marque para saber que había pasado no me supieron responder me dejaron esperando en el teléfono 15 minutos, para que al final de cuentas me atendiera otra persona que me pregusto que que se me ofrecía le comente lo mismo que le dije a la otra mujer que me atendió y de misma manera dejan 25 minutos de espera.
hoy marque nuevamente y no me dieron nada de solución perdí 298 pesos a lo tonto con esta empresa no La volveré a utilizar un total asco
I've been waiting at my address for the collection of a package for 2 days, which was paid from the application and they never came to pick it up.
