★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, se tardan demasiado en entregar los paquetes, ya van para 20 días y aun nada, en la sucursal mala actitud de los que atienden, pido recolección y no vienen, pésimo servicio en general, no es buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido por mercado libre con envio a domicilio, pero tuve yo que bajar ala entrada de mi colonia, para recibirlo espero mejoren ya que DHL ofrece mjor servicio y no pone peros al entregar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un paquete que tenía que ser entregado el 7 de julio 2020 estamos a 13 y no lo pueden entregar, me comunico a los teléfonos desde la semana pasada y nadie contesta o lo dejan descolgado, mando correo a atención a [email protected] , y no dan solución al problema, ustedes tomen su propio criterio si usan esta paquetería yo no la recomiendo al menos esta de iguala no cumple con sus tiempos de entrega.
