★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de una mala experiencia en otro taller que tardaron 3 semanas en atenderme y que al final ni siquiera solucionaron mi problema, fui a este taller y el 15 minutos me cambiaron mi cristal sin ningún problema.
Rápido, personal muy amable y atento, me apoyaron con el papeleo del seguro que no querían proceder con la liberación de el servicio.
Muy recomendable y profesional.
After a bad experience in another workshop that took 3 weeks to attend to me and that in the end did not even solve my problem, I went to this workshop and the 15 minutes they changed my glass without any problem.
Quick, very kind and attentive staff, they supported me with the insurance paperwork that they did not want to proceed with the release of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si por algún motivo otros proveedores de este servicio no trabajan, si por algún motivo el proveedor de ROTO CRISTALES no funciona o tu aseguradora no lo cubre. Mejor cambiate de aseguradora y luego vas a ROTO o a cualquier otro proveedor .
If for any reason other providers of this service do not work, if for any reason the ROTO CRISTALES provider does not work or your insurer does not cover it. Better change your insurance company and then go to ROTO or any other provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, perdí 3 días de mi vida, fui por un problema de que pasaba agua a mi auto por el parabrisas me hicieron un servicio de quitar y poner el mismo y resultó que me lo quebraron, ahora entraba agua por la grieta, cuando avisé de eso, me dijo la persona que hizo el servicio que así venía, durante días no me resolvieron nada, tuve que hablarle a mi seguro y ya hasta el final me devolvieron mi dinero, nunca hubo un encargado que diera la cara. Fui a que me rompieran el parabrisas nadamás y encima pagué.
Bad experience, I lost 3 days of my life, I went for a problem that water was flowing into my car through the windshield, they did a service to remove and replace it and it turned out that they broke it, now water was entering through the crack, when I warned Of that, the person who did the service told me that it was like this, for days they did not solve anything, I had to speak to my insurance and they gave me my money back to the end, there was never a manager who showed his face. I just went to have my windshield smashed and paid.
