★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio desafortunadamente sus clientes son 100% Aseguradoras No se dan a abasto, Trabajan de Mala Gana, Tardan en atenderte y si te pones al brinco te dan la excusa de que no ha llegó tu parabrisas, pesos servicio de la recepcionista Mujer.
Terrible Service unfortunately their clients are 100% Insurers They can't keep up, They work unwillingly, They take time to attend to you and if you start jumping they give you the excuse that your windshield hasn't arrived, service pesos from the receptionist Woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre atentos y muy profesionales. Lleve hace 4 años mi carro para que le arreglaron los elevadores de los vidrios y el quemacocos sigue trabajando perfectamente.
Always attentive and very professional. I took my car 4 years ago to have the window lifters fixed and the sunroof continues to work perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio pero por ser tan buenos tienen mucha demanda y hay que llevar paciencia para que lo atiendan o en su caso llegar muy temprano para ser el primero en la lista, su procesos llevan en promedio de 2 a 3 HR por auto por lo que debes programar bien tu tiempo
Good service but because they are so good they have a lot of demand and you have to be patient to be attended or in your case arrive very early to be the first on the list, their processes take an average of 2 to 3 HR per car so you must schedule your time well

The service with the HDI insurance company was quite fast, nothing cumbersome and they had my windshield in 5 hours. Good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio desastroso. Necesitaba arreglar los elevadores eléctricos de mi auto. Desde que lo dejé me dijeron que habían muchos autos antes que el mio y que iban a tardar un par de horas. Hablé por teléfono 3 horas después, y no me contestaron en la tienda, sino un conmutador central y luego de hacerme esperar un buen rato me contestó un hombre muy molesto, reclamandome porque preguntó por mí auto si a mí ya me habían dicho que tenían mucho trabajo y que revisaran mi coche cuando pudieran. Me contestó gritandome.
No había colgado esa llamada cuando suena el teléfono, llamándome de la sucursal diciendome que era el motor y ellos no lo tenían. Lo bueno es que cuando deje el coche me dijeron que ellos conseguían la refacción.
Si no quieren trabajar, o les sobran clientes que mejor cierren, y que no estén haciendo groserías a sus clientes, porque yo soy un cliente también...
No lo recomiendo para ningún servicio. Si no quieren ser maltratados a lo tonto, vayan a otro lado.
Disastrous service. I needed to fix the electric lifts on my car. Since I left they told me that there were many cars before mine and that it would take a couple of hours. I spoke on the phone 3 hours later, and they did not answer me at the store, but rather a central switchboard and after making me wait for a long time, a very upset man answered me, calling me out because he asked about my car if they had already told me that they had a lot of work and to check my car when they could. He answered by yelling at me.
I hadn't hung up that call when the phone rings, calling me from the branch telling me it was the engine and they didn't have it. The good thing is that when I left the car they told me that they would get the part.
If they don't want to work, or they have plenty of clients who better close, and who aren't being rude to their clients, because I'm a client too...
I do not recommend it for any service. If you don't want to be silly abused, go elsewhere.
