0	0 0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 4 estrellas porque en cuestión a la atención al cliente en la Terminal no tengo quejas al respecto, las veces que he pasado por este lugar me han brindado la información que necesito. Aunque es un lugar pequeño tiene suficientes banquitas para esperar el transporte y éste es frecuente, allí hay servicio de taxis, combis o pochimovil, el transporte que mejor se adapte a la necesidad o gusto del viajero, además los colaboradores de la terminal brindan un buen servicio. Sin embargo, en contraste con ello los conductores de los autobuses del TRT son groseros al atender y abusivos respecto al pago ya que no quieren hacer válida la credencial a los estudiantes y cuando quieren entregan el cambio; además después que el colaborador de la terminal ya hizo el cobro del viaje, los conductores quieren hacer nuevamente el cobro si lo permite el viajero, éste es el gran inconveniente aclaro no de la Terminal, sino de los conductores del TRT. However, in contrast to this, the TRT bus drivers are rude when attending and abusive regarding payment since they do not want to validate the credential to the students and when they want they deliver the change; Furthermore, after the collaborator of the terminal has already charged the trip, the drivers want to make the payment again if the traveler allows it, this is the great inconvenience I clarify not from the Terminal, but from the TRT drivers.
