Toured two days of Mexico City route sites and a third day on an excursion to the pirámides de cuidad Teohuacán with excellent staff describing the sites and keeping track of us to assure timely return back to the Zócalo tour stop, one of several major stops/junctions that interconnect 4 city tour routes without being intrusive of our freedom to move about on our own between stops. Bus open, upper deck requires attention to the narration to avoid a couple of overhead street hazards, prepare for great views and the seating had amenities like USB power device charging sockets. Weekends had minor, undocumented, variations due to the weekday commuter traffic. All very well handled a day efficient use of our time there.

Worth the price. Affordable, about $150.00 per person, we did the night tour, amazing views of this beautiful city. One thing I learned in this trip was always take the tour bus, because eveen though we like to walk and learned by ourselves, the guide bus will take you places and teach you way more.

The Tour Bus company was a horrible experience and unprofessional whatsoever. I signed up for the Night Tour in Mexico City starting at the Zocalo. First off, the website had a start time of 9pm and the email receipt had a time of 7pm. I reached out to chat support and it took them over an hour just to respond to me. They then said 9pm and did not provide additional pick up information other than "zocalo" which is a giant area lol...might as well said the bus stop is somewhere in Mexico City. My two friends and I show up 30 minutes early to the Zocalo and still no bus stop, no obvious pick up location. We walk around the entire Zocalo with no luck or online support. They don't even have an active WhatsApp account to contact. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

really bad experience, would not recommend. There are no timetables at all, the route that is shown online has not been updated for the last 2 years. So if you buy tickets online you have no idea which bus stop still exists and which not. The buses are supposed to leave every 30 min, but they just leave at random times and at random stops. There is no reliable information

This bus line with 3 different routes (3 colors for ease) in Mexico City. You can sit on top and take photos with no roof. The drivers are helpful. The routes are divided into categories for different types of trips around the city. Daily tickets are well-priced with a variety of convenient locations to purchase them.

This is the worst and most dangerous company. An employee physically attacked me by ripping off my acrylic nails because they misinformed about having a wrist band and not needing a receipt. So an employee insisted I show a receipt even though I had the wrist band which I was entering buses with no issues for 48 hours. I informed I did not need a receipt as this was what I was told, she proceeded to follow me on the bus and when she demanded I show her a receipt, luckily enough I had it stored somewhere and when I showed it to her she took my hand and ripped off my nails leaving me bleeding. When the employees saw this they shrugged their shoulders and apologized as to do nothing only that they agree she is wrong. Please excessive caution on this tour.

As always the best way for a first impression of a city. The explenation are just in Spanish, so enjoy the ride. Pick a day without rain and tale care of low tree branches and electric cables!

The tour was great but the boarding system was not a simple process. Just wait in the line. Try to buy the tickets online but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work. You need a wrist band AND receipt (so keep it available until you are finished riding). Mexico City is huge and Turibus is a great way to see a lot of it!
