★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tour muy escaso, solamente 3 o 4 monumentos,todo lo demás es ver casas de la zona. Parece mentira que con la historia de esta ciudad solamente veamos casas... Los monumentos llenos de pintadas, ya que son turísticos podrían mantenerlos impolutos...
 A very scarce tour, only 3 or 4 monuments, everything else is to see houses in the area. It seems unbelievable that with the history of this city we only see houses... The monuments full of graffiti, since they are touristy, could keep them pristine...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told us that the bus will stop and will be able to go down, and take another one after, after 30 minutes without the bus stopping we asked the organizer when we were able to go down, and they told us that there were no stops, later they stopped to pick more people, and we went out, they warn us that we will not able to jump in again because it was high season, half the bus was empty, they give relevant information about the historic places, but they should be strait from the beginning that there were no stop, that kind of deceiving is the stuff that ruins tourist places...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM! Not a hop-on/off bus, even though they sell the tickets saying that it is and the bus has a hop-on/off sticker on its side. You don't have time to take pics and you miss the main attractions. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. We booked the neighborhood tour, in English, online. There is no English tours and there is no neighborhood tour. So we spent 1.5 hrs on a hot bus going a circular tour of around 20 blocks.
Definite waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning, I purchased a ticket using their website and a credit card. The charge of $120Mx ($5.83 USD) is still pending to my credit card, but the company says (via email exchange) they do not have a record of my purchase. I didn't get an email with a ticket and could find no information about what to do. After waiting a half hour for a bus to arrive at Paseo 60, I talked to one of their guides on a bus who told me that the tour was only in Spanish. It wasn't indicated on the website what language it was in, so I assumed they had audio tours in various languages. That seems to be a wrong assumption. She also said the 1pm tour from Santa Lucia is the only English language tour. But I give up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful way to explore this wounderful town. The tours are in Spanish only, but that is not important. You can see for yourself. A very good start bevore you explore the city and the Theaters, Museums, Churches and much more! Nice stuff. In outher cities it is called Hop on Hop off Bus.
