★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos sus empleados son unos despreciables, tienen un trato de lo peor. Hace poco una empleada me dijo que no tenia cambio y que era mi obligación como cliente pagarle exactamente la cantidad del boleto, que esa no era su responsabilidad y que si quería el boleto buscará donde cambiar el billete. Además la mayoría de los chóferes son unos mediocres por sus huevos no te suben. Como son un monopolio y no tienen competencia, piensan que de todas formas las personas tienen que seguir usando su servicio.
All your employees are despicable, they have the worst treatment. Recently an employee told me that she had no change and that it was my obligation as a client to pay her exactly the amount of the ticket, that this was not her responsibility and that if she wanted the ticket she would find where to change the ticket. Also most of the drivers are mediocre because of their eggs they do not raise you. Since they are a monopoly and have no competition, they think that people have to keep using their service anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un paradero de autobuses donde se realiza subida y bajada de pasaje proveniente tanto de camiones que van a lugares aledaños, así como de los Flecha Amarilla que pasan por este destino ya sea hacia Morelia, Celaya, Irapuato o León, no hay instalaciones como tal pero justo ahí se encuentra el personal de venta de boletos, las salidas suelen ser recurrentes cada 20 o 30 mins.
It is a bus stop where passengers get on and off from both trucks that go to nearby places, as well as the Yellow Arrows that pass through this destination either to Morelia, Celaya, Irapuato or León, there are no facilities as such but right there is the ticket sales staff, departures are usually recurring every 20 or 30 mins.

Lo único que creo que sería un buen cambio es no permitir que los vendedores o mendigos en el autobús nos hagan sentir obligados a comprar o dar dinero. Además, muchos de los autobuses no están muy limpios y la estación siempre está sucia. pero eso no es nada nuevo y es de esperar en una ciudad como esta.
I have never had a terrible experience. The only thing I think would be a good change is not allowing vendors or beggars on the bus to make us feel obligated to buy or give money. Also, many of the buses are not very clean and the station is always dirty. but that is nothing new and is to be expected in a city like this.
