★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que lo malo del servicio viene por las noches cuando se alenta y se forma una cola larga. Para los que son de Progreso no hay problema, pero para los que somos de Chelém no es nada bueno porque tenemos que llegar a Progreso antes de las 8 porque si no ya no alcanzamos combi para Chelém.
 I think the bad thing about the service comes at night when it slows down and a long queue forms. For those of us from Progreso there is no problem, but for those of us from Chelém it is not a good thing because we have to get to Progreso before 8 o'clock because otherwise we won't have enough combi for Chelém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, jamás hay combis. Y lo que es aún peor, los operadores viendo que hay muchísima gente se hacen de la vista gorda, unidades en muy malas condiciones. Algunas ni aire acondicionado tienen. Y te achocan hasta 4 personas en la parte trasera. Pero eso si. El costo del pasaje sigue subiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasaje es muy económico, 21 a progreso. Lo malo es que a veces la gente se saca la mascarilla y los chóferes no hacen nada. La gente sube a comer en ma combi sin respetar que hay un virus muy contagioso que mata gente o le deja repercusiones permanentes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue muy lento, tal vez por ser domingo, pero es cua si más demanda tienen. Paró en 3 casetas de pueblos. El viaje terminó bien. La gente amable, como buenos yucatecos :). Cuiden la experiencia de los usuarios, pongan sillas para esperar, limpien los baños, limpien y organicen a la gente para abordar.
