★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buen fraccionamiento sus lugareños como los servicios indispensables que rodean dicho fraccionamiento son muy atentos y amables, el servicio de policía que cuenta para la seguridad del fraccionamiento al igual es muy bueno, y ni que se diga sobre la vista que se tiene es magnifica y más al amanecer o atardecer. De hecho actualmente cuenta con varias casas a la venta en el interior del multicitado fraccionamiento, el único inconveniente es la demora en que pasan los camiones ya que tienen intervalos, pero si te adaptas y sabes los horarios del cruce del camión, no es inconveniente alguno.
