★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se respeta la numeración de asientos y se siguen vendiendo boletos hasta llenar el pasillo de pasajeros de pie en el trayecto Izamal-Mérida. Ponen en riesgo la seguridad del pasajero.
Seat numbers are not respected and tickets continue to be sold until the aisle is filled with standing passengers on the Izamal-Mérida route. They put passenger safety at risk.
