Beautiful an amazing place to spend time with your family

Its imposible to be on a better location in Cancun, EVERYTHING is just meters away, including the beach. It is a private apartment in a Condo so it has the convenience of 24h reception, private pool and private access to the beach.

Amazing location!!! I was able to go walking to every place I wanted. CocoBongo Disco, Hooters, The City etc. It also has direct access to the beach. The ocean view from the panoramic room is even better than the ones on the pictures.

It really smells bad like mildew and urine. A staff member there was so determined to sell us a timeshare and went out of his way to make things difficult for us. He took one of our receipts from a tour that we had gotten and gave us a copy instead of the original end up losing 4,500 pesos in the results of that...... I'm so sorry it was at the Fives hotel in playas de Carmen ....we did stay there at Salvia under my wife's name and this one was super nice !!!! Once again I'm sorry for the mistake

The front desk was great. They were communicative and helpful, since we wanted to keep our bags as we were heading out to a different place. They let us keep bags before checking in. The stay on the contrary was bad. It is an apartment in a building named Salvia apartments. The room was good size but the amenities were bad. The mattress was dusty and the room had a sticky floor, the night lights in the room did not work. We had a water clogging problem in both washbasin and bathroom, we complained about the same but had no response whatsoever. Imagine standing in the shower and your feet submerged in the soap water because the bathroom has water clogging issues. Also they did not provide us with toiletries. For any normal stay these are the expected aspects but those were missing here. Overall yes it has a good view and the location is right next to the nightlife in main center area but the cleanliness was a big disaster, especially with COVID when this is a big NO.
