A limpeza estava impecável e os protocolos sanitarios covid estavam sendo aplicados de maneira exemplar, o que nos fez sentir muito seguros e bem acolhidos. Se avista linda paisagem a partir do solarium e o clima do hotel é de muita tranquilidade. Está fora do centro de Malinalco, mas bem perto. Recomendamos. A região de Malinalco é linda e o pueblo também. Ali se praticam trilhas e outros esportes de aventura na natureza. Existem pinturas rupestres. We had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Sergio. The cleaning was impeccable and the covid sanitary protocols were being applied in an exemplary manner, which made us feel very safe and welcomed. You can see beautiful scenery from the solarium and the climate of the hotel is very peaceful. It is outside the center of Malinalco, but very close. We recommend. The Malinalco region is beautiful and so is the pueblo. There, trails and other adventure sports in nature are practiced. There are cave paintings.

La alberca es muy pequeñita pero si no hay muchas personas no hay ningún problema, además está a una temperatura bastante agradable. Esta ubicado un poco lejos del centro si quieres ir caminando, pero si vas en carro no hay problema, o puedes tomar un taxi justo afuera del lugar y es demasiado económico en Malinalco. Las habilidades están lindas pero nada extraordinario, quizá las cabañas valgan un poco más la pena. Aún así muy recomendado, un espacio perfecto para relajarse. Es seguro pues siempre está cerrado con llave y para entrar y salir debes avisar, no hay problema con las veces que salgas ni la hora a la que regreses. Las habitaciones son amplias al igual que el baño y tienen una vista muy linda. No hay tv en la habitación, pero la verdad no es necesaria! Tal vez lo único a mejorar sería el horario de restaurante y bar, pues cierran a las 9. La comida es rica pero nada fuera de lo común. Tienen 2 perritas hermosas que te dan la bienvenida desde el primer momento, cero ruidosas, son muy tranquilas y amigables. Nos hospedamos en la habitación "Pintores", la cama es muy cómoda y los detalles parecen muy cuidados. Un detalle a considerar es que hay toallas de sobra y eso se agradece. El hotel cuenta con un jardín bastante amplio y lugares pare sentarse a desayunar o para acostarse a relajarse. El desayuno fue bastante bien servido y aunque soy vegetariana, hubo opciones para mí. La vista es preciosa, tienen una gran variedad de plantas y eso se agradece. Por las mañanas hay música relajante en esa área y también contribuye a crear un ambiente súper rico. Me sentí muy a gusto durante mi estancia y el único detalle que yo marcaría es poner más botellas de agua en la habitación. The service and attention of the staff is warm, excellent. The view is beautiful, they have a great variety of plants and that is appreciated. In the mornings there is relaxing music in that area and it also contributes to creating a super rich atmosphere. I felt very comfortable during my stay and the only detail that I would mark is to put more bottles of water in the room.
