Ignored our messages after inquiring about the deposit. Also the guys running this business should watch their backs, do this type of stuff to the wrong people you’ll end up paying one way or another.. just saying.

On renting we paid a $400 USD deposit, and were told it would be returned 10 days after we returned the ATVs. They were returned in good condition and we were told the refund would be processed. Almost 3 weeks later and we haven’t received it, and Paradise Rentals isn’t responding anymore on WhatsApp. Don’t rent from them if you don’t want to lose $400 USD!
J	Jill Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this dishonest business. We charged the $300 scooter rental deposit to a credit card and were told it’d be refunded within a few days. That was a lie. I’ve been chasing this refund for months. The business has ignored every email, DM etc. that I have sent them (and there were many attempts). I filed an official credit card dispute and the vendor was dishonest in that process and submitted the transaction receipt as evidence that this was a legitimate charge while omitting the fact that it was a refundable deposit. Hope this review helps someone avoid losing money like we did.

I put a deposit down and was promised it would be automatically refunded within 72 hours of return. 72 hours later -- no money. Efforts to contact the place are ignored or forgotten. Eventually,come the pledges to get the money back: by tonight, for sure, or by tomorr ow morning. It doesn't come. I opened up a credit card chargeback case. Daily promises go unfulfilled. I spent more time trying to get my money back than I spent planning my trip to Tulum! Absolutely rotten. If it's not purposeful, it's negligent. Don't do business with these folks.

I still haven’t seen the money back, and there’s no response to my messages to follow up. This is terrible service from their part, as well as they gave me ATVs with faulty engines. Don’t rent here, there are many other places who will accommodate you with proper vehicles and legitimate service.
