Si lo buscan es una muy buena atención definitivamente,es una empresa muy atenta, amable y comprometida a dar un buen servicio,ofrece experiencias a un costo razonable. Me llevo una muy buena impresión y experiencia con esta empresa.

Servicio lamentable. Nos dijeron que el omnibus pasaba 8:45, a lo que fuimos a la parada a las 8:00 para estar antes por las dudas. El omnibus nunca paso y tampoco se dignaron a llamarnos para avisarnos nada. Cuando ya eran las 9:30 de la mañana, llamamos para ver que pasaba con el omnibus que no nos pasaba a buscar, y tuvieron el descaro de decirnos que ya habia pasado y que estaba lejos. Una verguenza que engañen a la gente de esta manera.

Cuidado!!! Se cancelo en trip de snorkel por una tormenta y no quisieron regresar el dinero al pesar de decir que lo regresaban si se se cancelaba, no compren aqui. Los boletos los compramos en la tienda de artisenias Mar Tierra que esta en las calles 2 y 10. Y nos llevaron a esta oficina cuando pedimos el rembolso y no no lo quisieron dar. Ahora la tienda esta pintado de rosa y Amarillo Warning! Don’t buy here! Our snorkeling trip got cancelled due to a storm and even though they said they do refunds they didn’t want to give us back our money. We purchased them at a store on streets 2 and 10 called Mar Tierra but this was their office where they took us to get our refund but they didn’t refund it. The store is now painted pink and yellow.

Sold us crooked tickets. Told us the ferry returned from Cozumel at 10pm...the last boat was at 8pm. We had to purchase tickets (AGAIN) from a different ferry company to make sure we didn’t miss the last boat back to Playa....went back to the agency at 11pm, and the same people who sold us the tickets said they didn’t remember us, and they never sold us the tickets, and tried to blame us for confusing them with somebody else. Jorge Estrada is the owner of this company. The only review they have is of the owner himself.

We booked a snorkeling trip with them. Included in the tickets was the ferry to Cozumel and the 2,5h snorkeling trip. We met in the morning at the office, as agreed the day before. There was nobody there when we arrived and waited 20 min before a lady showed up. She did not speak a single word English and seemed to have no idea that we were going on a trip. After some phonecalls she told us to pay the last part of the tickets (had pre-paid a depositum), before she took us down to the ferry terminal. Already then did we see that the waves were huge, and the ferry itself struggled with getting over to Cozumel. And as we arrived the island 40min later and found the tour guide for the snorkeling, he just told us that there was no way we could go out today because of the weather. The wind and waves were too high. This was OK enough, as they cannot control the weather. However, at the agency office just 40min earlier they did not mention anything about this. From a company who have been doing this for years it is rather strange that they dont know when there is too much wind or not, and that they dont communicate with the snorkeling boat. We were told by the guys at Cozumel that we had to go back to the office in Playa del carmen and there we would get a refund of the money. This was not true. After arguing with the lady there for quite a while, we got bak 1/3 of the total price as they clamed that that was the price of the ferry we had taken. Not impressed by these guys at all, and would not recomend them.
