★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third time visiting Cancun and my most enjoyable to date due to my experience at this resort. The resort is vast and luxurious. The location is superb, right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and right across the street from the hub for excursions and a pharmacy if needed. The guest rooms at the resort were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful waterfront views. The resort had several great bars both inside and out as well as any cuisine you may desire. The hotel had several pools as well as a great spa and well equipped gym. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful, entertaining. I can't wait for my next visit at Paradisus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort should have 10 stars. For starters, the ambience set throughout the entire resort is beautiful. The food and drinks from both the various restaurants and room service are exquisite. Everything is flawlessly clean and the little details provided in the rooms bring all of the comforts of home. The beach is exactly what you'd imagine when you think about going on a tropical vacation.
All of these things are true and wonderful, but...
THE SERVICE IS INCOMPARABLE!
Every single member of the staff is incredibly kind and personable. They will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as they possibly can.
During my stay, I became very ill and the measures that the staff went to to help me brought me to tears multiple times. From making special meals (off-menu) to accommodate my illness, to the hotel manager, Rosanna, calling the room multiple times to check on me and ask if I needed anything. They went to the extent to decorate the room with balloons and bring champagne and gifts on my last day when I'd finally started to feel better. These people treated me like I was a close, beloved family member and I am forever grateful to everyone there, truly.
If you had any reservations about staying here, don't. It is everything you could ask for and so much more. BOOK NOW! I promise you'll be so glad that you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing birthday here. I went with my husband and upon arrival everyone was very attentive and outgoing. We loved all the restaurants, except “the lunch box” great service but the food wasn’t my kind of choice. Other than that, every other restaurant was amazing with such great service. The buffet had many great choices as well. However I will say that the alcohol is absolutely cheap. I got sick for two nights straight off of wine. Back home I have wine all the time, so I knew it was their wine and also their other choices. So just be careful with that. Also, the AC sucked, we complained about it but nothing ever changed. We were hot each night, but I guess everything can’t be perfect right? The staff everywhere was very attentive and friendly. If you want to have a little fun out of the resort I suggest you check out coco bongo beach pool party, we had a blast there! We can’t wait to go back someday and hopefully that time the AC works, I’ll make sure to bring my own wine lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for the Paradise Blue festival and it was absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff was amazing and kind. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ada and Luz, we met them our first night at the Ginger Bar and they absolutely gave us the best service I have ever had in my life throughout our entire week long stay. I truly appreciate how genuine, kind, fun and attentive they are. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Coming from a bartender myself, I truly appreciate how hard working these amazing ladies are! They helped make our experience absolutely AMAZING! I will always remember my experience at this fantastic hotel and the exceptional customer service and wonderful cocktails forever. We will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you, especially to ADA AND LUZ!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is impeccable, the bartenders friendly & eager to please, beds comfortable. We got a suite with the most luxurious tub. If you’re considering upgrading to The Reserve, it’s well worth the extra money for the breakfast and lunch options plus the ability to get away from the DJ in the regular pool (and the kids). The pool is also heated to a perfect temp. Really can’t say enough about this experience! You won’t be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a beautiful place to visit. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire property is an adventure. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I would say is the rooms can use some work. I stayed in the Junior suite lagoon view, I can definitely use some renovation and a touch of modern decor. Other then that, some of the best food I’ve had and great drinks! Directly across the street are a lot of family or single water activities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was exquisite! The staff, ambiance, food, room, literally everything. The staff were very professional & friendly. Every thing is kept clean & the luxury ocean view room was stunning! The gym was fully loaded with equipment & kept clean. The food was great & so were the Drinks. I can’t get over how beautiful the hotel is! The room was a little difficult to locate at first only because it was on the fifth floor (room 3558), assuming that it’d be on the 3rd floor. Anyhow I highly recommend this hotel because everything was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has great pools and beautiful architecture. Staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is also clean and you get great room cleaning service. However on so many levels for an all inclusive they offer the bare minimum. I found the food options not catering to all age groups. There are a number of great restaurants and none have a kids’ menu meaning that kids have the same repetitive option of chicken tender and fries or pasta with tomato sauce. A few times I asked for pasta with meat sauce but restaurants were not able to accommodate, again that is an issue when there really is no kids’ menu. Room service was not able to accommodate pasta with meat sauce either. So if your little one is still not old enough to eat burgers and chicken tenders you won’t have nutritious options for them for the length of your stay. I’ve been to all inclusive resorts where they offer more exotic drink options for example if you order a passion fruit margarita you get it with real fruit smashed, here it’s all syrups, again bare minimum.
On the second day of our stay my son had a fever and rejecting everything and asking for ice cream, this was 8 am. We called room service, went to front desk, went to the buffet but couldn’t find a scoop of ice cream which I couldn’t make sense of given we were at an all inclusive resort, couldn’t help but to think no one went an inch out of their way to help us.
The buffet area is really pleasant with beautiful views of the ocean and food quality is good, food and dessert options offered though in my opinion are the bare minimum.
