I would give 6 stars to kids zone team if I could. We have two boys, 5 and 8 yrs old. 8 yrs old is special needs and cannot talk or walk, however he makes enough gestures to communicate when he is happy or needs something. We don't normally leave him with someone new since it takes time to get to know him and his cues. Susie, Vale, Sarah, Larissa took turns with him when we left him at the kids zone. They were kind to stroll him around when he wasn't happy. We love you guys and you made our Cancun trip so much better. We can tell when people love genuinely and we could tell you were doing a LOT more than just a job! Big Thanks!
Vale babysat our kids one night so that we could go hangout with friends and we ended up attending silent party at Red Lounge. That was an experience.. it was hilarious hearing people sing along in a quiet room!
