No cuentan con servicios básicos como luz eléctrica y agua caliente las 24 hrs del día, ni con el personal necesario para atender y resolver cualquier situación. La dueña muy presente para que se realizaran pagos y reservación y desaparecida ante los inconvenientes que tuvimos, jamás dio la cara, ni contesto mensajes y llamadas. No lo recomiendo para nada, estuvimos dos dias sin agua caliente a -7 grados. La luz eléctrica se iba a cada rato. No gasten su dinero en este lugar.
Terrible customer service and misleading information when making your reservation. They do not have basic services such as electricity and hot water 24 hours a day, or the necessary staff to attend and resolve any situation. The owner was very present to make payments and reservations and disappeared before the inconveniences we had, she never showed her face, nor did she answer messages and calls. I do not recommend it at all, we were two days without hot water at -7 degrees. The electric light went out all the time. Don't waste your money in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy tranquilo, las cabañas espaciosas, con capacidad para muchas personas, dos baños con regadera y agua caliente a cualquier hora, cocina equipada con trastes, cubiertos, batería, cafetera, refrigerador. Tienen cobijas extras. Tienen area para fogata y asador, cuentan con una zona donde pueden jugar los niños, ofrecen buena atención, y en tu estadía no te molestan hasta que tu los buscas para hacer el check-out.
Si volvería y lo recomendaría, ademas que esta cerca de la ciudad de durango.
A very quiet place, spacious cabins, with capacity for many people, two bathrooms with shower and hot water at any time, kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, battery, coffee maker, refrigerator. They have extra blankets. They have a bonfire and barbecue area, they have an area where children can play, they offer good service, and during your stay they don't bother you until you look for them to check out.
If I would go back and recommend it, it is also close to the city of Durango.
