-- Impuntuales, más de una hora tarde para la recolección de nuestra máscota, no tenían veterinario para la eutanasia, se tuvo que ir a buscar un veterinario.
--El tipo que vino por nuestra mascota venía sucio, mal oliente, mal vestido, maneja como un loco metiéndose entre los coches, silbando, briincando topes para pasar porque ya se le había hecho tarde.
--La unidad de recolección sucia, polvosa, con trebejos de todo tipo, los cristales nisiquiera se podían bajar, era un horno.
Nosotros solicitamos que la eutanasia fuese en el mismo lugar que la cremación. No imaginamos que la eutanasia iba a ser en una mesa de la superior, en una sábana toda sucia, a la interperie, entre sillones también a la interperie todos rotos y sucios.
Esa no era una muerte digna como nosotros esperabamos. Y como bien nos dijo el sujeto que nos llevó "es que este servicio es una improvisación" y efectivamente, peor que eso, nuestra máscota no merece una improvisación, por eso se está pagando el servicio que no es precisamente barato (2200) pesos.
Nunca vimos el dichoso crematorio, solo nos señalaron y nos dijeron que "allá arriba" un área verde.
Busquen otras opciones, el trato es pésimo, pagamos 200 pesos por "el viaje" y nos regresamos con nuestra mascota a nuestro hogar por nuestros propios medios.
No esperabamos un lugar lujoso, pero al menos si alguien limpio, presentable, una unidad limpia, presentable, y un lugar de eutanasia/cremación digno. y nada de eso lo tienen.
Busquen otras opciones si de verdad quieren a sus mascotas.
Terrible service, we got to the place and regretted it.
- Unpunctual, more than an hour late for the collection of our pet, they did not have a veterinarian for euthanasia, they had to go find a veterinarian.
--The guy who came for our pet came dirty, smelly, badly dressed, drives like crazy getting between cars, whistling, jumping bumps to pass because he was already late.
--The dirty, dusty collection unit, with chess pieces of all kinds, the windows could not even be lowered, it was a furnace.
We request that the euthanasia be in the same place as the cremation. We did not imagine that euthanasia was going to be on a top table, on a dirty sheet, outdoors, between armchairs also outdoors, all broken and dirty.
That was not a dignified death as we expected. And as the subject who took us told us, "this service is an improvisation" and indeed, worse than that, our pet does not deserve an improvisation, that is why the service is being paid, which is not exactly cheap (2200) pesos.
We never saw the happy crematorium, they only pointed to us and told us that "up there" a green area.
Look for other options, the treatment is terrible, we pay 200 pesos for "the trip" and we return with our pet to our home by our own means.
We weren't expecting a fancy place, but at least someone clean, presentable, a clean, presentable unit, and a dignified euthanasia / cremation site. and none of that they have.
Find other options if you really love your pets.
