Very nice but it was not complete since it lacked ceiling fans, washing machine, yacuzzi does not work, unarmed oven and plastic cups, I prefer glass.

Il proprietario cerca di convincere gli ospiti ad eliminare la prenotazione da Booking una volta effettuato il soggiorno dicendo che l’ospite non si è presentato. In più, l’organizzazione della consegna/ritiro chiavi é stata problematica e l’appartamento é in condivisione con altri ospiti. Not recommended. The owner tries to convince the guests to cancel the booking from Booking once the stay has been made saying that the guest has not shown up. In addition, the organization of delivery / collection of keys was problematic and the apartment is shared with other guests.
C	Cesar Andion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin palabras.Nos hospedamos en Mayo 2018. llegamos al alojamiento y esperamos ser atendidos por Domenico. En ese momento nos enteramos que el departamento era para compartir las áreas comunes, cosa que jamas habíamos sido informados. Bueno, le pusimos buena onda y no quedaba otra que aceptarlo. Entramos nos hizo conocer las áreas comunes porque la habitación no estaba lista.Preguntamos donde servían el desayuno y nos dijo que había nuevas normas y que no lo servían mas. recibimos nuestra habitación ( la que habíamos contratado como la mejor ) y nos dimos con que la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no se podía abrir, esta estaba en un vestidor con muchísimo olor a humedad.. Llamamos a Domenico y el no tenia las llaves ni sabia como hacer para abrirla, conclusión , no teníamos caja disponible. nos fumos a dar una vuelta y cuando regresamos dispusimos darnos un baño en el jacuzzi, ohhh sorpresa , la canilla perdía agua y se iba al piso del baño y no funcionaba el agua caliente. desistí del jacuzzi y fui a probar la ducha, tampoco salia agua caliente y el agua fría salia una gota. La tapa del inodoro toda rota , impresentable. No hay elementos de higiene personal ni tampoco te asean la habitación . Todas las cosas de la cocina están a falta de higiene . En conclusión , contratamos un alojamiento privado, y tuvimos un lugar a compartir sin caja fuerte, sin jacuzzi , sin agua caliente y sin higiene.No quisimos arruinar nuestras vacaciones, pero era para denunciarlo. Definitivamente muy mala experiencia. Jamas volvería ni recomendaría este alojamiento. Without words. We stayed in May 2018. We arrived at the accommodation and we hope to be taken care of by Domenico. At that time we learned that the department was to share common areas, which we had never been informed. Well, we put it good and there was no choice but to accept it. We entered made us know the common areas because the room was not ready. We asked where the breakfast was served and he told us that there were new rules and that they did not serve it anymore. We received our room (the one we had hired as the best) and we found that the safe was locked and could not be opened, this was in a dressing room with a lot of musty smell .. We called Domenico and he did not have the keys nor I knew how to open it, conclusion, we did not have a box available. We flushed to go for a walk and when we got back we decided to take a bath in the jacuzzi, ohhh surprise, the faucet lost water and went to the bathroom floor and the hot water did not work. I gave up the jacuzzi and went to try the shower, there was no hot water and the cold water came out a drop. Toilet lid all broken, unpresentable. There are no personal hygiene items nor do they clean the room. All things in the kitchen are in need of hygiene. In conclusion, we hired a private accommodation, and had a place to share without a safe, no jacuzzi, no hot water and no hygiene. We did not want to ruin our vacations, but it was to denounce it. Definitely very bad experience. I would never return or recommend this accommodation.

A	Ali's Big TOE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location: near the gate of Fase 2 in gated playacar community. (Taxis are more expensive) Walk to public beach (senor Frog's) is about 10 minutes. Danielle did respond to all my text messages (we needed help finding our room key and he talked us through where they were)....this is where anything positive about this place ends. The guest house is anything but "Paraiso." Everything was FILTHY. Bathroom toilet disgusting. Old smelly towels. Sheets don't fit bed. (I hope they get washed between reservations) The tile floor was very clean and we only saw one bug in our room. (Which is fine...it is a tropical place.) Shower was moldy and there were left over pubic hairs inside. Nothing looks cleaned. BIG NICE TV! But who wants to stay inside and watch? Downstairs kitchen and kitchenware were dirty. Living room furniture was extremely dirty...I didn't want to sit down there for a second. Pool has zero chairs. (We didn't use the pool....it's probably refreshing, but not very inviting) I'm truly confused why this place has so many good reviews (which is why I booked it...$65 USD per night). There are many other good places nearby for the same price or cheaper...and I'm sad we stayed there. It was the only sour point during an otherwise excellent vacation in Mexico. I will definitely NEVER stay at this place again.
